By using Email Divinator (https://email-divinator.com), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Email Divinator is a professional email address lookup tool: from a first name, last name and company domain, it generates the most likely address formats and applies technical validations. Results are provided for informational purposes: no guarantee is given as to the existence, accuracy or deliverability of an address, which depend on third-party mail server configurations.

User Account

Creating an account requires a valid email address, confirmed by email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity performed from your account. An account is personal: creating multiple accounts to bypass free quotas is prohibited.

Free Version and Credits

The free version is limited to 5 searches per user. Beyond that, paid credit packs are available; 1 credit corresponds to 1 search resulting in a found email. Purchased credits do not expire but are neither transferable nor convertible to cash.

Payment and Withdrawal

Payments are processed by Stripe. By ordering a credit pack, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal no longer applies to credits already consumed. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase: contact@email-divinator.com.

Permitted Use

The service is intended for legitimate professional (B2B) prospecting, recruiting and professional outreach. The following are prohibited: sending spam or any campaign that does not comply with applicable regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM…), massive automated use of the service outside the intended features, reselling results, bypassing quotas or security measures. You remain solely responsible for how you use the addresses obtained, including the compliance of your email campaigns.

Availability and Changes

The service is provided "as is", with no commitment of permanent availability. We may change, temporarily suspend or discontinue features, while endeavouring to preserve purchased credits.

Intellectual Property

The site, the extension and all their elements (code, texts, trademarks, logos) are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. The data you submit remains yours.

Liability

Email Divinator cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for the use users make of the results. In any event, our liability is capped at the amounts you paid us over the last 12 months.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these terms (notably spam or abuse), with prior notice except in urgent cases. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the competent courts, after seeking an amicable resolution.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms; the applicable version is the one published on this page, with its update date. Substantial changes will be announced on the site.
